remarks:

1. Warranty period: one year or 1000 hours of cumulative operation (whichever comes first). If the parts are damaged or other faults of the unit are caused by the manufacturer's negligence in assembly, improper design and raw material selection, the supplier can be responsible for the warranty;

2. The damage of vulnerable parts and daily used accessories of diesel generator set caused by human operation error and negligent maintenance is not within the scope of warranty. All parts and components beyond the warranty period are provided at the cost price. The service personnel arrive at the customer's site or repair the unit in the manufacturer's factory until it can be used normally.
