Installation requirements:

1. No less than 1m space shall be reserved around the diesel generator set, and ventilation windows shall be placed at the end of the water tank according to the size of the water tank core. This requirement is the minimum size of the unit room, and users can increase it as needed.

2. The foundation of diesel generator set shall be built on hard ground. After compaction, 200mm thick cement ground shall be made, and the ground shall be horizontal.

3. When building the machine room, the user shall embed the I-beam (no less than 250KW) on the roof above the equipment for future maintenance.

4. The machine room shall be well ventilated, and the ground shall be flat and non slip.

5. The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe of the equipment shall not be less than the diameter of the exhaust port of the diesel engine. The elbow shall not exceed 3 degrees and the angle of the elbow shall be greater than 90 degrees. The exhaust pipe shall be provided with support or lifting support to ensure that the silencer, supercharger, etc. are not under pressure.

6. The machine room shall be equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting tools.
