Operating principle of diesel generator set:

② Improper coordination between bearing and journal or end cover (too loose or too tight);

④ The coupling between the generator set and the load is not calibrated, or the belt is too tight;

(2) defect analysis of generator set:

① Add smooth grease according to rules (1 / 3-2 / 3 of volume);

② Replace clean smooth grease;

③ If it is too loose, it can be corrected with adhesive. If it is too tight, it should be turned. Grind the journal or the inner hole of the end cover to make it suitable;

④ Proofread from the beginning and adjust the belt tension;

⑤ Calibrate the motor shaft or replace the rotor.

Abnormal noise during operation

(1) causes of generator unit defects:

① Rub the rotor against the stator insulating paper or slot wedge;

② Bearing wear or foreign matters such as sand in oil;

③ Loose stator and rotor iron core;

④ Stator winding is wrongly connected or short circuited.

(2) defect analysis of generator set:

① Trim the insulation and cut down the slot wedge;

② Replace the bearing or clean the bearing;

③ Overhaul stator and rotor iron cores;

④ Eliminate scratches and small rotor in the vehicle if necessary;

⑤ Eliminate stator winding defects.
